This site is in development. Events, images, or files submitted during beta testing may be reviewed, edited, or deleted.

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and general site use, such as page views, device type, approximate location, and button usage. This helps improve the calendar.

Do not submit private information in a public event. If you add contact details to an event, they may appear publicly when the event is approved.

User accounts store the information needed to sign in and manage submissions. Administrators can change permissions, moderate events, and disable accounts that break site rules.
